Scope & preparation

When this is useful

Process consultancy is useful when an application or service request feels unclear: no one knows the next step, who needs to respond or which query remains unresolved. The work is to make the process visible using the bank’s communications, not to promise a faster decision or privileged access.

How ADPR can help

ADPR can map the current stage, organise questions and coordinate the next authorised action. If a concern requires a formal complaint, the institution’s current official process should be consulted. ADPR does not act as the bank or determine the result.

A typical process

  1. Summarise what has happened and collect written responses.

  2. Identify the pending question and responsible party.

  3. Build an action list and track the institution’s next communication.

What to prepare

  • A dated account of the request
  • Reference numbers without access credentials
  • Written queries or responses from the institution

Possible scope outputs

  • Process and status summary
  • Open-question register
  • Next-action checklist

The proposal will confirm what is included, who is responsible and the applicable timeline. These are scope examples, not a fixed package.

Questions worth asking

Can you bypass the bank’s process?

No. Coordination works within the institution’s requirements and does not guarantee priority treatment or approval.

What if the bank has not explained a delay?

Prepare a concise status enquiry using the official contact or complaint route. The institution remains responsible for its response.
