Scope & preparation

When this is useful

A document pack can be difficult to review when names, dates or file versions differ. This service is suited to applicants who have received a bank checklist and need help collecting a coherent set of records. It does not authenticate documents or override the institution’s verification process.

How ADPR can help

ADPR can organise a checklist, flag visible inconsistencies for correction by the document owner and coordinate missing information. Requirements can differ by bank, applicant and product. The applicant must provide genuine records and approve any factual clarification before submission.

A typical process

  1. Obtain the bank’s current document request.

  2. Index the available records and identify administrative gaps.

  3. Coordinate corrections and prepare a clear handover to the authorised recipient.

What to prepare

  • The exact bank checklist
  • A list of records already available
  • Any written query received from the bank

Possible scope outputs

  • Document index
  • Missing-item and inconsistency list
  • Submission preparation checklist

The proposal will confirm what is included, who is responsible and the applicable timeline. These are scope examples, not a fixed package.

Questions worth asking

Can missing records be replaced with invented statements?

No. All records must be genuine. Ask the institution what alternatives, if any, it will accept.

Does a complete pack guarantee acceptance?

No. The institution independently verifies documents and decides whether its requirements have been met.
